Matthias Herbst was born on 25th March 1986. Grown up in a small town called Ebermannstadt in Bavaria, Germany, he discovered electronic music at the age of 13 (1999). Playing around with sample software by eJay he was bored after a short while and wanted to produce his OWN music. So he discovered Fruity Loops. A few months after that he received Reason 1.0 from a friend who worked in a studio. At this time Matthias and Martin Donath founded the project Audioplacid. They had a lot of success in the internet with their first track called October Sky. But Martin realized that he don't want to produce trance music. Matthias didn't want to cancel Audioplacid so he went on producing trance music with success. Not much time went by that his tracks were played on Digitaly Imported Radio and been discussed on diverse forums.
in 2003 a heavy blow of fate brought him to hospital after a car hit him on his side of the road while he was riding his motorcycle. Lying around for a few weeks he got in contact with FlowMotionRecordings who signed his track "Armada" which was renamed into "Diving".
These days Matthias is studing business informatics at the University of Bamberg.

ich wollte nur mal fragen, ob dein Track "Last X-It" eigentlich noch irgendwann mal erhältlich sein wird. Ich habe die Nummer mal vor Ewigkeiten bei di.fm gehört, und war einfach nur total geplättet. Eine wirklich fantastische Nummer! Leider konnte ich den Track bis heute weder bei Beatport, Audiojelly oder anderen Downloadportalen finden. Wäre echt schade wenn da nichts mehr kommen würde.

Feel Alive - good track but the bass i think is not nice !! But the vocal is very nice. If you make a new bassline specialy for this track it will be nice!
