Audio Resume has been launched by My Ad Box, Inc. as a high benefit, low risk strategic alternative to video resumes. With Audio Resume, job seekers can give employers a unique way to learn about:

• their professional aspirations, interests, and goals
  
• what motivates them in the workplace, and constitutes the ideal work environment
  
• their preferred management & leadership style
  
• their ability to identify and resolve conflicts
  
• the impact made in previous positions, and value they expect to bring to future employers

To create an Audio Resume the job seeker dials into a toll-free phone number, and answers five general interview questions. The interview session is captured in an audio file, and the job seeker is given a unique URL where the interview can be accessed for viewing. The job seeker can put the Audio Resume URL on their written resume or cover letter, as well as on their profile when registering on career sites. Employers visit the Audio Resume URL in consideration for employment. Photo uploads are optional.
