"audio safari" was formed in Kyoto in 2003. Their original formation was a vocal, a guitar, a computer.
"audio safari" released first indie CD "monorica ep." for them in 2005. Thereafter, they added the drummer and bassist. They are shifted to band formation slowly.
They participated in compilation album "V.A./ Miyako music" by the popularity band of Kyoto released by "Noise McCartney Records" of the label which Japanese famous rock band "Quruli" presided over in 2006.
And they appeared for "Miyako music festival" performed in Kyoto University in December of the year and became an important turning point for them in the year.
"Mami Sakurai" of vocal is taken an active part as a solo artist of the support of "RF(Ryan Francesconi)" etc. And, the each member's activity also takes up various topics as "Daisuke Yoshiga" handles a lot of music offers and remixes etc. to the artist as sound producer.
"Shintaro Kawamoto" that there is a participation experience in the
recording of "Quruli", too joins newly as a drummer in 2007. And it
released long-awaited 1st album "Urunosora" in August from "THANKS
GIVING".
In addition, they achieved appearance to consecutive "Miyako music
festival" for two years in December. In April, 2008, Kawamoto
withdraws, and Ito playing an active part in "chains" and "Youcan with
his best friends" joins it as a support drummer, and it is the band
which is going to accomplish further evolution.
