ABOUT:

AudioTalaia Homelabel it's a space to develop, publish and release works on experimental electronic sound. The label was born from the Edu Comelles project, "Talaies Sonores". Translated on the english as Sound Overview, the aim was to play on open spaces electronic experimental sound. Audiotalaia seeks for artists interested on developing their projects on sound landscapes. We look after large and steady sound, pads, drones and reverbered objects. We enjoy listening wide open sound structures with a digitalized root or using field recordings, you can listen to the different releases to figure out what's the sound that audiotalaia looks after. We specially recomend to listen Ryonkt and it's first release at Audiotalaia called Transparence, probably it's a great example of the kind of sound we love. Of course without missgiving all the other releases that as well are really good examples of what we like.

Audiotalaia Homelabel it's the digital presence of TALAIES SONORES. founded by Edu Comelles.

RELEASES:

There are going to be three different kind of releases on Audiotalaia.

* TALAIES SONORES CD-R LIMITED EDITIONS: The first line of products it's going to be Limited Editions on CD-r format of live sets done on the openair and there are going to be released on physichal Cd's placed on the same place where it was recorded. Audiotalaia will keep the coordinates of the exact location of the Release Tupperware. All this editions works as Talaies Sonores. The releases will be published in Geocaching webpage and they work under Groundspeak rules for this game made for GPS.

* ALBUMS: The second line of products are going to be albums of experimental music released as free download archives. Each artist that wants to be on the Homelabel have to (or at least have the intention of) play a session outdoors and be published with the Release Tupperware. As well be understand that for artist living abroad of Spain that rule it's difficult to apply but we keep the hope to do it.

* MIXTAPES: Third, there is going to be a line of Mixtapes of experimental music from netlabels. Those sessions/mixtapes are going to be released on an easy free download system. Those sesions are going to be thinked to be played outdoors on the countryside.

PUBLISHING:

If you are interested on publishing or participate in Audiotalaia just send an email to AUDIOTALAIA[at]GMAIL.COM attaching files to be listened and we will answer as soon as possible.

DESIGN:

All designs and covers for the releases are going to be supervized by Audiotalaia Staff. If the design does not adjust with the aesthetics of the Netlabel it will be revised and discused friendly with the artist.

LANGUAGE:

Initially Audiotalaia netlabel it's based in Barcelona, so we are a Catalan netlabel. Besides that, we speak in english in order to avoid any controversy, and as well because of worldwide visibility. We speak as well Catalan, Spanish and of course English.
