Audius is a Lehigh Valley native Rock/Jazz band founded in the summer of 2000. The band grew and changed to reach its current lineup in 2004 which consists of Jack Stanley, Darren McGuillicuddy, Jeremy Holmes and Mario Machado. They have played coffee shops, local band competitions and parties in the Allentown area for several years while self-recording and producing two full length albums Black and White is Cheaper (2005) and Sea Deep (2008--currently available on iTunes), as well as one demo Mana-Tease (2007). Audius has played with bands such as Bloom, Butterjive and Matt Nathanson among others. They derive influences from strong musical training backgrounds, as well as Jazz, Reggae and Prog-Rock.

K so i was at track today doing our speed workout (6x400's). on the 4th-ish one i got to the end and someone had brought down a boombox and a cd was playing... im like hmm this sounds familiar but i couldnt figure out why i knew it. My thought process was like "hmm is it something my brother listens to?... Is it something i heard with ben?"(my boyfriend) then all the sudden im like OOHHHH THIS IS AUDIUS duhhh.
It was pretty exciting, I have to say.
oh and i heard the irish drinking song... wowww that was awesome haha.
Sorry we didn't make it to the concert. I got the CD and it kicks ASS!! Give me permission to send that out to more people. Darren that pic u made for us is FUCKIN SICK I love it, i bet any money u were ripped when u made it.
