Do not seek to escape Reality. Learn to live your life. Confront and be sincere and honest with yourself and "be the change you wish to see in the world."
Do not be resistant to Life and the change it brings - for the winters help to prepare the fields for the abundance of summer. Work on yourself and little by little you will begin to see beauty begin manifest itself in your life - a journey of transformation into a more loving, more peaceful, compassionate, and surrendered being.
You will begin to marvel at the miracle of life and your heart will be filled with gratitude and a deep stillness and calm will begin to open up inside of you. And the more you dwell in that stillness the more you'll begin to surrender, and dance in harmony with the flow of Life, and to accept yourself and others...and the more you will begin to understand yourself and others, and it is from there that you'll begin to experience true love...

Neither do I know chants nor do I know methods, nor do I know how to make prayer. I don't know how to invoke you nor how to meditate, I have no knowledge of any songs. I don't know any signs (mudras) and I don't know the method of imploring deep pleading.
