Since their formation in the early months of 2009, Audrey has made every minute count. Having played consistently all across Michigan, as well as several performances throughout Indiana and Illinois, Audrey has shared the stage with many national touring acts and notable regional acts. In spite of members living in different states, an endless string of vehicles needing serious repairs, and a myriad of other problems, Audrey has continued to make progress. Recently, the band recorded their debut EP "When We Were Young" which was released independently in September 2009. With a firm belief and practice of the idea that with hard work, love, and acceptance it is possible to earn anything, Audrey has gained the respect of many, and is a band which should not be dismissed.
Ha, I've been trying to get a band started but it's hard to find people you can not only hang out with but make music with. Most of the people I know aren't very good either. Especially for what I'd like to play. Hahaha.
Ha, yeah. Definitely one of my favorites, right behind Your Best Friend, Deas Vail, and This is Your Suitcase. Not in that order but they're all really good. You guys definitely rank in the top 10.
In reference to vv that comment down there... I would have to say I agree! I would finally be able to bring all of my friends somewhere (it's usually the other way around)... and maybe even some random people I find on my way there :)
thank you i already love your music, its very good. im working on a band myself but maybe one day i could attend one of your shows. good luck and rock on !
