Well there are some great, gorgeous, lovely, funny men who have played with me (erm in the musical sense!) when they can...In no particular order, cos I love them all: Arnulf Lindner(bass & double bass), Kenny Dickenson(keyboards), Perry Ap Gwynedd(electric guitar), Alex Toff(drums)...also cellist Sarah Martin who features on 'Bulletproof'.
More recently, I have been joined by my old friend from Dublin, Adam Barry, on bass and thanks to him I met Ben Labi, who has been playing guitar and going bv's..now I just need a drummer! :-)

Born into a musical family in Dublin, Audrey Nugent is the youngest of seven and the daughter of an artist mother and a musician father. The Nugents were well-known for their sing-songs and grew up performing a la Osmonds.
But alas, having constantly been forced to sing in the style of a soprano on helium in her secondary school choir, Audrey briefly fell out of love with music and into the worlds of fashion and drama. She studied at the Gaeity School of Acting for a while (in the same class as singer/songwriter Damien Rice incidentally) in order to find a new way to express her creativity but couldn't ignore the music going on in her head.
And so, having found her way back to it, she picked up her guitar and made her debut at the Heineken Green NRG festival in Dublin. Her first demo was picked up by an independent label in London with whom she later signed as part of a three-piece. She soon found herself supporting the likes of Bob Dylan, Neil Young, and bizarrely enough, sandwiched between Alanis Morisette and Tricky at the Montreaux Jazz Festival.
Having found her freedom earlier last year, Audrey is writing and recording her debut solo album in London, & has co-written songs with Carrie/Little Hell's Steve Ludwin(Girl on Fire), Ash's Tim Wheeler(Radio) & Coldplay's Chris Martin(Everytime I Do). She has also spent time recording at Rockfield Studios in Wales, played at various well-known venues around London and sung with Kt Tunstall.

Hope all things musical (and everything else of course) are going well for you,

Hey! Hope you are doing well.....what a rainy weekend!!?! I'm in London now.......about to start the tour. I don't know if you are playing a show on June 24th or not, but i thought i'd let know that i'm playing in London on that night at the Half Moon Putney. Tommy Allsup, who played with Buddy Holly, will be with me that night.......he is 75, and full of stories.....he is the guy that flipped the coin with Ritchie Valens for the seat on the plane. Anyway, i hope you are doing well, and i hope to get to meet you on the night. Sincerely, Kevin Montgomery
