Augur are a five-piece Progressive Death Metal band hailing from Melbourne, Australia.
Comprising influences from an
eclectic range of Metal genres into a mix of abrasive vocals, epic
instrumentation, and aggressive drumming, Augur
combine a dark ambience with more savage elements of metal into a devastating sound, and
tight, high energy performance.
Augur have performed live alongside some of Australia's biggest domestic acts, and will be taking their brand of ferocious technical Death Metal abroad in the coming months.
