About me: I was an Aussie ninja in Japan, but now that I'm back in Australia I'm an energetic bouncy kangaroo with floppy ears!
Interested in the artistic use of cutting edge technologies, travel experiences, martial arts and speed sports, August is looking for visual media production.
I LOVE rock music and concerts, playing the keyboard and karaoke. I also love travelling, relaxing, playing games, studying art and watching movies. Everyone says I'm also a great masseur.
I love Japanese culture, both traditional (eg Martial Arts, taiko etc) and modern (eg media). I studied Media at University, which has made me a very broad thinker of both technology and social life. My main study topic in my final year was the experience of motion/speed, which has influenced my love of motorsport, whether it be F1, drift, rally or Formula Offroad. I've also have had a few photos published, and a short film that premiered in Tokyo and Sydney.
I love being active by cycling, playing sports with friends, and studying Japanese martial arts, like Iaido and Jodo for example. My Japanese ability is intermediate and I'm always wanting to practice!
