About me:

Welcome to Aunite's Home Daycare, a cozy, home daycare where each child is special! This is a small daycare with only about 8-10 kids. This allows for greater child-caregiver interaction and allows each child to develop at their own pace, according to his or her own needs. We do many different activities throughout the day. If you ask your child what he did today at school, chances are that he will say "play." We have a play-based learning environment. Children participate in developmentally appropriate teacher-led activities as well as child-directed activities. We play indoors and out. We learn about the world around us and how we fit into it. You will not generally see your child come home with something in her hands every day. There will always, however, be something in her heart and in her head. I encourage you to let your child explore at home and practice his new skills. How proud he is when he masters something! Share in that excitement! That's some of "the good stuff!"
