Oh boy, I have weird tastes in movies...LOL I love Serenity, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Green Berets, Apocalypse Now, both Bridget Jones movies, Gone with the Wind, South Park the Movie, Clash of the Titans & Blazing Saddles. All of the Star Wars movies & all of the Harry Potter movies & I can't forget Chobits. Ghost Rider, Sweeney Todd, Music & Lyrics, Little Shop of Horrors & a whole bunch more...LOL
Television
American Idol, without a doubt...LOL Dancing with the Stars is another favorite. I can't forget Nashville Star.
Firefly (no longer on TV), House M.D., Bones, Heroes, CSI & 24.
I am also a HUGE Dr. Who fan...especially the Tom Baker years & now the Christopher Eccleston & David Tennant years...We have episodes covering all of the Dr's, just not every episode...LOL

Books
The Bible most definately. All of the Harry Potter books, Gone with the Wind & any other books having to do with pre & post Civil War South, I have been reading about slavery, stories about the South from 1940 to present, Medical stories both fiction & non fiction, "naughty" stories...LOL, anything concerning the Mafia both fiction & non fiction, true crime stories, mainly those by Ann Rule & Christian fiction. I also will sometimes pick an author & will try to read everything that they have written before I start something else. One problem I have is that there are times that I might have 3 or 4 books going at one time. I have learned how to read Japanese Manga & love Chobits & Antique Bakery, Inubaka & Millennium Snow to name a few...

About me: There's not much to say that everybody doesn't already know...LOL I met my husband online & moved over 2000 miles to be with him. I am a hands on Mom for the first time to a 15 yr old boy...I have 3 other Step-children, who live with their Mom. I am disabled. I am now able to sit at my computer after a 7 month absence. I broke a vertebra & have 2 others that are bulging, yet while on our trip to Alaska over Christmas (which was my second trip up there this past year.), I managed to bowl 1 game & ice skated for the first & probably the last time of my life...LOL My Dr. was about the only one in my life who was happy about it...LOL I also have osteoarthritis, sjogren's syndrome & a few other ailments that come with the two. I am slowly learning what I can & can't do. That's why my accomplishments on our trip to Alaska were such a blessing. I enjoy making other people happy & hearing laughter. I love my family & friends. I have moved around alot in my life & lived in quite a few interesting places such as Key West FL for 2 years & Las Vegas NV for 12 years. There's probably more that I could tell you, but I can't think of anything else right now, but if I do, I'll add it. So keep checking back because you never know what you might find here...

Who I'd like to meet: I would love to meet Jesus & hope to one day. I also want to meet all of my family members that passed on either before I was born or before I could remember them.
