The Band Bio according to Rob Adlers:
Auralplane is me and whoever else I'm writing/performing with.
My background includes Rock, Jazz, Classical, ethnic (East Indian, Portuguese, Latvian), Country, Progressive Rock, Pop, Electronica.
Music is a journey for me, in all directions. This is why I chose Auralplane as my band name. Music is wonderful that way - it's endless learning.
My gear includes:
Korg X3, Korg MS2000, Yamaha SK50D, Hammond M3 with Leslie 710, toy synths and wood pianos, Fender Squire Precision 5 string bass, Hallman electro-reed organ, and a MIDI-ed Casavant pipe organ in Toronto for doing the Organic Evolution concert series.
Just dropping by to spread some holiday cheer. Visit http://www. myspace. com/murraystevexmas to hear some favourite Christmas songs I recorded a few years ago with Murray.
I've posted the second and likely final mix of How High The Moon. This time I used a click track to stay in time!! Hooray! Makes adding a cheesy keyboard track that much easier...... Bobby Boy, are you listening????
Bonjour de France ! Thanks a lot for your nice comment about my page & music ... it's a great pleasure... I like your work very much too...very interesting... we keep in touch... All the best, Chris
The Daves think alike methinks: OK Dude - Just stop buying Organs! :-) So I see some recording session pictures posted on Daves page - so when does the finished product see the light o' day?
Thanks for adding me. I listened to both "Ferret Dance" and "Organic Evolution" by way of intro duction to your music (aside from "Balanced", you know). You're really quite eclectic.
Reading through your blogs ... I love my ferret too, wonderful creatures! I'm curious to hear what "Organic Fugue No1" sounds like as a result of reading your blog but I'll save that for another session. Glad to make your acquaintance. - Chip QNP
I'm balanced.... Like a mercury trigger switch (Balanced in my life...) I'm balanced.... Like a tight-rope walker at a thousand feet (Balanced in my life....)
Something I should say-ee. Something you should know. Diana, don't go See Arms and The Man. Luka!! Luuuuuuu-ka!!! What, Madam??? Did you look in the library???? Yes, Madam
Thanks for the comment on my page and thank you for adding me as a friend!
Yes, I do enjoy the ham radio and Shortwave radio listening hobby. The science of how invisible radio signals propagate around the globe always held a fascination for me!
I love the pipe organ music posted on your page. That is very interesting about actually controlling an actual real church pipe organ using a MIDI interface! I downloaded a free program last month called Miditzer which simulates a Wurlitzer pipe Organ and been playing a few notes on it via my PC keyboard or playing MIDI files on it. I love the works of JS Bach. I need a full size MIDI keyboard to fully utilize it. Maybe I can learn how read music and play from sheet music. Taking piano lessons might help!
I See You There Across A Sea Of Stars Do You See Me Here Can We Get Together?? I never thought I'd see this day I never thought I'd have to say I am a dreamer (daydreamer)
Touch me, caress me, don't tease me Bay-bay. Your moves are so full of life. Just go away can't take anymore Just leave me alone yeah! Like a Puh-uh-pee...
