Aurasing (pronounced “R-uh-sing”), a five-piece modern rock outfit from Omaha, Nebraska, is fully aware of the statement of perseverance it makes with its music. With the band’s upcoming release of its debut EP, Aurasing is looking to share its unique blend of confident, hook-infused rock with a constantly growing fan base.
The band took a workman-like approach to recording its debut release. Largely self-recorded and self-produced, the self-titled EP accurately captures the raw energy of the band’s live show. The album was recorded over seven months in a professional and home studio in the band’s hometown. The end result is a seven-track effort bursting with undeniable grit and poise.
In just over a year, Aurasing’s tireless work ethic and explosive live set has propelled the band and enabled them to share the stage with various touring artists in Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota. The band has opened for nationally touring acts such as the grammy-nominated Red, Bayside, Adler's Appetite, Throw the Fight, Sick Puppies, Tickle Me Pink, The Urgency, and The Classic Crime. Aurasing has also shared the stage with a variety of regional artists, including Emphatic, Dirtfedd, Venaculas, Eyes Catch Fire, and Inept.
