Printemps 2007
Le dernier concert de BARON NOIR a eu lieu le 25 février 2007 à Rennes au Jardin Moderne.
Au paravant "Grand meeting des ratés" a été enregistré, et sera notre denière chanson, qui probablement apparaitera sur un split avec Aghast.
BARON NOIR n'existe donc plus, mais certain d'entre nous poursuivent divers projets.
Un enorme merci à ceux & celles qui on partagé un peu de tout ça, qui nous ont aidé, fait jouer, hébergé; avec qui nous avons parlé, bu, ri...MERCI de tout coeur

Spring 2007
As you probably know, we played our last show ever in february 2007 (25st) at Le Jardin Moderne - Rennes.
Our last song ' Grand meeting des ratés ' has been previously recorded and might be part of a split release with AGHAST.
We are no longer a band, but some of us are now involved in new projects.
Thanks a million to all the people we met and shared great moments with, and those who offered us smiles, fun, places to play and sleep.

Conscients que la musique ne pourra jamais suffire à changer quoi que ce soit, c'est pourtant elle qui nous permet quotidiennement de cracher ce qu'on est obliger de retenir, la rage intime qui nous constitue plus que ce que le monde nous impose.
C'est à cette rage qu'on reconnaît les nôtres et c'est sur elle que se fondent nos rencontres.
On la braille dans un micro pour toucher ceux et celles qui s'y reconnaissent et se renforcer mutuellement.
Parce que les seuls espaces de liberté possibles sont ceux qu'on prend, vole ou crée.

We bawl out in a P.A./microphone to hit those who find themselve through her and to strengthen.
Because the only possible spaces of liberty are those we get/take, those we steal or those we create.

Hi Hugues, It's nice to hear that you're all keeping busy. I think that we're going to record for either a 7" or a 10" fairly soon, we've written quite alot of songs since the demo. If you send me a message with your address, I'll post you a copy of the demo ASAP. There are no existing plans to tour yet, but I would really, really love to go on tour at the start of the summer, hopefully paying a visit to Europe aswell. A bientôt! Jon
Hey Baron Noir! You might remember playing a show in Conor's basement in Leeds circa-October '06 with Aghast and State Run. Well State Run finished In Jan of '07 and now 3 of us play in Facel Vega. You guys were really great at that show, and I listen to your CD alot. I'd be very interested in listening to any bands you guys play in now- what are you all up to? Hope you're all ok! Jon
