Since their Top 5 hit with "Ordinary World" (feat. Naimee Coleman) the Simon Le Bon endorsed trance-tinged Duran Duran cover, a few things have changed in the Aurora camp.
Aurora are Simon Greenaway & Sacha Collisson. After a visit on vocals from James Khari for "Real Life" in 2005, Lizzy Pattinson again joined them after their album was released back in 2002, for the summer anthem in the form of the classic Texas single "Summer Son".
Sacha & Simon have been writing and producing for over 10 years. Originally signing to EMI with the act Think Twice, they have continued to produce and remix records under various guises. A collaboration with David Arnold produced two cues that appeared in James Bond's "Tomorrow Never Dies". More recently their single "Dreaming" has just appeared in the trailer for the US no.1 box office Dreamworks movie Dreamer.
"Hear You Calling" was released in 2001, went Top 20 in the UK charts and along with "Ordinary World" steam-rollered radio playlists across Europe and Stateside where the act were signed to Strictly Rhythm. Following singles "The Day It Rained Forever" and "Dreaming "both made the UK Top 25.
Aurora remixes include Rachel Stevens, Olive, Tina Cousins, Late Night Illumini-Hed kandi amonst many others.
