I'm a 17 year old dance artist who is currently hard at work in the recording studio writing and recording my debut EP with top producers. Already two of my tracks have been spun on Radio Disney. While recording, I am busy promoting my music and performing at various venues including appearances at House of Blues Sunset and San Diego, The Knitting Factory Hollywood, The Venetian Hotel Las Vegas, Universal Studios City Walk... and the list goes on. You can see me as the drummer on the new Nickelodeon show "Victorious" and as a series regular on the the new show from Dick Clark Productions "The Real Teens Of Hollywood". My resume includes a sketch on The Jay Leno Show as Jay's son and an impromptu dance party with Ellen on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. I am a celebrity ambassador for the Starlight Children's Foundation along with Corbin Blue and Jamie Lee Curtis. I am also a celebrity ambassador for Variety Power Of Youth alongside Miley Cyrus, Jesse McCartney and the Jonas Brothers. This is my third year working with The KidSave organization, whom he raised over 8,000 dollars for in a celebrity auction. My name is Austin Anderson. So i'm supposed to write a bio on me and my life... What am i supposed to say?... i'm only 16! haha. Well they said to think and write something out so uh, here goes! I'm a singer currently living in sunny California. Basically I'm just a normal home schooled 11th grader with plays on Radio Disney,appearances Jay Leno, Ellen DeGeneres, Disney and Nickelodeon. Despite my recent success in the music biz [hahaha] I'm just a normal kid who enjoys guitar hero, rollercoasters, waking up late and eating orange chicken. I guess you could say I'm really random but my favorite word is scrandom! In addition to music I like just hanging out with my friends and kickin it at the beach or long boarding. Believe it or not, I'm pretty chill and I love listening to my favourite bands system of a down, N.E.R.D., and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Hmm, what else to write? Well! I'm recording with Charlton Pettus [Jesse McCartney, Hilary Duff] right now, which is pretty cool...and spend time volunteering at Rady Childrens Hospital of San Diego. "Your Song," was actually inspired by the kids there. After performing at Rady I decided I wanted to write a song about them that would benefit them too. I want kids to be able to dance to my music! Dance is a big part of my life… so I want people to be able to get into the song when they are listening to my music. I hope to one day collaborate with one of my idols, Justin Timberlake and than move to Japan, cause i'd love to learn how to say scrandom in Japanese! I am really excited to be a part of The Starlight Foundation and I look forward to meeting everyone! .... ..
