The rules of John Zorn's legendary game piece Cobra collide with new works by some of Austin's finest improvisers. Disorienting time changes, weird screeches, ominous drones and moments of true serendipitous beauty can all well up at a moment's notice.

Just letting everyone know, we've started a new blog which will chart the making of our new album, "Toothpick Bridge" from rehearsal to release - including the accompanying book of short stories by Kenton Hall which will be released simultaneously.
The album will be produced by legendary producer Jay "Burzootie" Burnett.
There will be video interludes, live concert footage, pictures, interviews, comedy, stories and daily diaries from everyone involved. Think "Zoo TV" with a budget of 25 cents and a box of Smarties, and with much more of a sense of humour.
We hope everyone will get involved, by commenting, offering opinions on the album as it's developed. We are also actively encouraging people to send us artwork, remixes and anything else that occurs to them. Possibly undergarments.
The daily coverage begins on 15th January. From the 11th January onwards, we will also be going through the ist catalogue track by track (including some never before heard outtakes) with the story behind each song and full lyrics, beginning with "Moment of Release" from our 2003 debut album. We'd love to hear your opinion.
