Todd Austin John Elsliger is a singer/songwriter/guitarist who picks up his bass player Carlie every Friday. They listen to great music (currently Ryan Adams Easy Tiger) on their way to his drummer Dave's place in Mississauga. They set up while Stu the keyboard player plays theme songs from any television show they can think of; they just don't write 'em like they used to. They play Todd's songs, occasionally contemplating if this needs more ROCK or that needs more Roll. Eventually, when all the rocks and rolls are in the right place, they record a 5 song cd, make some t shirts and book some shows at local Toronto venues like Clinton's, The Reverb, Holy Joe's, The Rivoli, Jeff Healey's and Rancho Relaxo. Once in a while, Todd checks his myspace page to see if anyone's been visiting lately..do they like what they hear, are they telling their friends, and will they come to his shows and buy dozens of t shirts and cds!?

You're Hilarious! I miss you too :) I'm not practicing very much at all, but I'm trying to learn to read and write Chinese characters--it's hard, but very interesting. What's new with you? How's the band doing? :)

Hey Todd, dig the tunes. That Steely Dan influence still runs through your blood! I don't know if I ever thanked you for everything you taught me back when you were my first guitar teacher when I was the ripe age of 13. Well, if not, I'm thanking you now. Keep in touch.
