About me:
The Austin Regulators Semi-Professional Football Team is an organization with the sole purpose of developing and furthering the aspirations and dreams of the very talented players, coaches, and staff that make up the Austin Regulators family.
Our team members are primarily former collegiate players and graduates of our area high schools. We are determined to help our players excel to higher levels such as the National Football League (NFL), Arena Football League (AFL), and other prestigious leagues in this sport we all love so much.
The foundation for the Austin Regulators is based upon the following:
A Commitment to Dedication, Discipline, Excellence, Integrity, and Respect.
After a grueling, inaugural season in the spring of 2005, the Regulators earned immediate respect in the football world and in their community. In 2006, the Austin Regulators once again proved why they are a premiere team to be reckoned with. For the 2007 season, the Regulators decided to join the South West Football Association (SWFA) and again proved to be a dominating force in the football world. For the 2008 season, the Regulators will align themselves with the North American Football League (NAFL). Structured to fit NFL & NAFL regulations, the Austin Regulators have become a contending powerhouse in one of the most elite semi-professional football leagues in the nation.
For the 2008 season, the Austin Regulators have been blessed with over 60 incredibly talented and experienced football players, and a full executive & coaching staff.
The Austin Regulators’ 2008 season looks to be very exciting. The solid core of experienced players mixed with the bright-eyed enthusiasm of some outstanding rookie talent is a prime opportunity to lead the Austin Regulators into championship contention.
