I currently
write paranormal romances with dark elements of suspense.I’m working on what I call my “Shrouded” trilogy.I’ve already completed two in the series and I’m midway through the
third.I
love putting ordinary people in extraordinary situations and ratcheting it up.
Anything to do with science fascinates me, and I hope that shows in my stories.
Books
have always played a predominate part of my life, so much so, that I find myself
reading anything, from Scientific American Magazine to the nutritional labels of
food boxes.I’ve
worked for a publishing company and owned a bookstore, while writing in my spare
time.Ever
since I snuck one of my sister's gothic romances into my room and read it from
cover to cover, I’ve been hooked on books.
I
was thrilled to learn that I just won 1st place in the 2007 Emily
Contest in their paranormal category for Shrouded in Mystery.My other two books in the series have placed and won in several other contests.
