My family and I are BIG Dallas Maverick fans. We've been following the team since they began in 1980. We've been faithful fans since the beginning. I'm proud to say that this is our third year as season ticket holders! It's amazing the people you meet who love the Mavs. Having season tickets has also enabled us to donate certain games to our church and local school functions. It's been an awesome ride so far. I can't wait to see where the Mavs take us in the years ahead! // I love to read romances and write them, of course. A good portion of my time is dedicated to singing: in the car, at church, in the shower... *g* I love to sing just about anything. Check out "Music" for some of my favorite vocal artists and bands.
Music
A-Ha TAKE ON ME video RUNNING SCARED video... ### I love nearly all types of music. I don't honestly like opera unless sung in English. And I've recently developed a liking for some country artists. One of those is Shania Twain. I'm looking for her "Greatest Hits" CD, but can't find it...yet. I will eventually, though. *g* I love musicals from yester-year and those done recently. My love of music blends perfectly with my love and singing. And I will sing to just about anything within my two and a half octive range! LOL
Movies
Nope, don't have that much space here on MySpace to list them all... LOL But here are a few of my all time favorites: The Wizard of Oz, Cinderella (and just about anything Disney), West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof, Spice World, Singin' in the Rain, The Sound of Music and many more. I also like to watch romantic comedies and the "natural disaster" movies. *g* ENCHANTED
Since I'm a romance novelist, of course I fell in love with "Romancing the Stone" and "Jewel of the Nile." This is the video to the 2nd movie. Enjoy!
Television
Currently, we're following Smallville and Heroes.
Books
There are quite a few I love to read from various authors, not simply romance. There are way too many to list, but I love to read just about anything fun and exciting. I read mostly fiction, but have enjoyed a few biographies as well. My newest author to read is Rebecca J. Vickery. You can check out her work at Class Act Books where two of her novels are to be released very soon. Congrat's, Rebecca!!
Heroes
As a team, the Dallas Mavericks are my heroes! As an individual, my granny and my hubby are my heroes! My greatest hero of all, though, is Jesus. He's my SUPERHERO!!

I LOVE this movie and when I found this video on YouTube, I so wished I could've been one of the singers and dancers! Enjoy!!
Who I'd like to meet: Hmm, that would be a very long list. I'll start with my favorite movie genre: musicals. Some of those mentioned have passed away, but I wish I'd had the opportunity to meet those folks even once. I'd love to meet Gene Kelly, Danny Kaye, Donald O'Connor, Cyd Charisse, Fred Astaire, Audrey Hepburn, Judy Garland, Deanna Durbin, Doris Day, Julie Andrews, Barbra Streisand, Neil Diamond, The Spice Girls (ALL of them!), Keanu Reeves, Helen Hunt, Tom Hanks, Richard Dreyfuss, Nicolas Cage and many others. My husband and I are movie buffs and love to sit down with the kids and watch several movies a week. It's great "bonding" time. *g*
