General	.. Types of Therapy/Services: *In my opinion, a collection of therapies for every individual, regardless of their abilities, is the best approach to reach their maximum potential. Some individuals respond differently to certain therapies and need more of one than another, especially as they grow. The "best" therapy/therapies is/are determined by a constant evaluation of the individual's progress and needs. One therapy alone can only do so much, but combine it with others and the results are significant. Think of therapy like nutrition. Eating only apples every day all day looses its effect on the mind, body and soul and leaves them craving something more. About me:

I've been working for the last 4 years as a Behavior Specialist in New Jersey's Early Intervention System and with the Autism Community for over 5.5 years. Currently, I'm working towards obtaining my Master's Degree and becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Including my work as a Behavior Specialist, I have begun building a business with my fiance. One of the aspects of our business is an online Graphics Design Apparel Store, KC Graphics. KC Graphics sells original Autism Designs and a portion of those profits is donated to Autism Speaks. (In April 2008, 100% of the autism related merchandise's profits will be donated.) In 2007, we donated over $1300!
From Jan - March 2008 KC Graphics has raised $83.20 so far for Autism Speaks. All profits from Autism Merch sold during April 2008 will be donated!!! Spread the word!
