I call this profile a tribute to a Ratchet..but it's really meant as a G1 archives. Why I call it a tribute to Ratchet? Mainly because he's one of my favorite character in the G1 toy, cartoon and comic line.

(Some of my favorite G1 bots as Action Masters: Ratchet, Sunstreaker, Bluestreaker and the Prowl with custom doors here were all designed by Prowlpants. Sideswipe and Tracks are both UK Action Masters)
My personal feeling on Ratchet:
Over the recent years.. I've grown into a big fan of the character. I blame it on getting older and understanding the moods he must of went through at times. But I've known and enjoyed the character since the mid eighties. I started collecting the toys in early 85.. but had seen the cartoon and the toys of course a year earlier. I cried when Ratchet and many others died in the original movie.. which I'm proud to say I went and seen opening weekend in 1986. It opened on August 6th a Friday in 1986. I watched the movie that Sunday afternoon, the 2pm showing and I did cry.. along with my kid sister.
When did I get my first Ratchet. That would have been Botcon 95.. (My first Botcon) There had been a fan selling toys up in her hotel room and I picked up my first G1 Ratchet there for four dollars. He was loose.. but complete so it was well worth it. Since then I've collected every Ratchet that's came out.. including a custom (G1 Action Master Ratchet) Made by a fan that goes by the nickname ProwlPants.
Touching base on RPG:
In recent years I've enjoyed RPGing as Ratchet.. with this profile and I'm sure I still will. When I do though. I plan to keep it all G1. I'm a G1 fan.. not a drama fan.. so for those that wish to talk about others. Keep it to yourself.

Transformers: Generation One
Launched in 1984, Hasbro's Transformers toyline was promoted through both a comic book by Marvel Comics and an animated series produced by Sunbow Productions. Although the comic outlived the animated series by a number of years, it was the animated series that truly captured the hearts and minds of children worldwide more so than any other piece of Transformers media from its twenty-four year history.
*she chuckles* his father had red hair also. But right now I'm not sure how much Cybertronian he has..he looks like a real human baby. We might be seeing changes as he gets older. Would you like to hold Tristan?
*she nods* I'll be right back*she heads to Tristan's room and picks him up from his crib. She walks back with her son in tow. He has thick red hair already, his blue eyes looked around* Here is Tristan!
"In the vein of Solaris, K-PAX
and The Man Who Fell to Earth,
PROXIMA is a refreshing film full of wonder."
(LONDON SCI-FI FESTIVAL)
"If you’re looking for something different
in science fiction from your traditional lasers
and alien monsters, check out
Carlos Atanes’s PROXIMA.
Remember Proxima is not just a place,
it’s a state of mind… literally."
(NIC BROWN, B MOVIE MAN)
"PROXIMA is an endearingly off-beat sci-fi film
whose odder moments owe to the visionary
can-do determination of Spanish
underground director Carlos Atanes."
