Autopsy Prophecy as everyone knows it was started when Scott (Guitar) asked Dave (Vocals and Bass) to join in the late winter of 2005. The band before had been a strict death metal band with a little bit of a hardcore twist. When Scott and Dave came together, the music finally started to take some real shape and the band finally had found their sound. With guitar grooves and vocal bashings of the Northern winds, Autopsy Prophecy finally had something unique, different, and interesting. Scott wrote most of the guitar riffs that would bring a troll to its' knees, while Dave took hold of lyrics that brought images of forbidden lands, Viking wars, and the peril of the brutal oceans of the North. The next step to creating the perfect sound was the addition of the keyboardist Raye. Keyboards brought a whole new dimension to the sound that was already grinding away from the minds of Scott and Dave. With this trio came a sound that no one in the group had heard before. Best described as Blackened Folkish Viking Death Metal, people were starting to take notice. Although the group didn't have any fiddles or flutes, no one could deny the obvious Folk Metal influence of there three, along with brutal Death Metal and even, yes, Power Metal. While a lot of these didn't always make into the music itself, the power this music held of the group was undeniable. Making their way through the clubs of Detroit and many venues throughout The Great Northern Seas, Autopsy Prophecy had a name for themselves, and no one denied what they held at their finger tips. Playing with bands such as Mushroomhead, Crossbreed, Sonata Arctica, Dope, Nocturne, plus alongside underground acts such as Scopata di Morte, Skull Chisel, Fallen Seraph, Dark Leviathan, Bullethead, and many others, Autopsy Prophecy knew they were going somewhere. But, as with all things, it had to come to an end. After bad deals with their live drummer (who had stolen most of their equipment and a lot of money), they decided it was best to end it where they were, then try to go on and hurt themselves more further on the way. They cut their losses, and returned to Valhalla. The trio remains friends, and may work together in the near future with other projects.
Scopata di Morte with Dave and Paul from Fallen Seraph on vocals. (Not the greatest quality, but cool non the less.)
Hey! What up? We slapped together a music forum where we can all talk shit about our bands or our favorite bands, up-coming gigs, equipment, or just shoot the shit in the forums. fukbizku. com . Peace
Hi there Autopsy Prophecy first of all we'd like to say thanks for being our myspace pal. We wanted to make sure you knew the reason incase we suddenly vanish off of your friends list. The movement we've started for indie artists has grown significantly and consumes all of our time these days. We seldom sign into our myspace account and this is making several people believe that we are ignoring them. We are not ignoring anyone, we wanted everyone to know that. What we're doing has become so busy we just don't have the time for myspace any longer, so in all honesty we are probably going to just close our myspace account.
Many people wanted to use us in the future so if you were one of those people make sure you bookmark the link below so that in the event that we do close our myspace account you won't lose contact with us. I wish you the best of luck in your music career. Thanks again for being our myspace pal.
We have also built a pretty big music community which you are welcome to join if you want to meet new artists like yourself!

P.S. Sorry for clogging up your comment space, but we've had some trouble with messages not going through.
A 21-year-old Buel Township man accused of allowing more than 70 animals to die and starve on a Marlette Road farm likely was released from custody on a low bond because he has no criminal history, officials said.
The man was released Monday night from the Sanilac County Jail in Sandusky after District Judge James A. Marcus set a $10,000 interim bond. The man, who was arrested midday Monday, had to post 10% of the bond, or $1,000, to be freed pending his arraignment on charges of animal cruelty.
An arraignment date has not been set. Police said they will not release the man's name until he is arraigned.
The Times Heraldhas filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the jail's booking records.
Sanilac sheriff Lt. Jim Wagester said interim bonds are common in the county.
Before arraigning a defendant, a judge can set an interim bond. When released from jail on an interim bond, the defendant agrees to appear in court, consents not to leave the state and cannot commit a crime while free.
The bonds are set by a judge after a phone conversation with police, Wagester said.
Marcus could not be reached Tuesday for comment.
"It's our standard procedure for anything," Wagester said. "Anything we can get bond on, we get bond on."
St. Clair County Prosecutor Mike Wendling said interim bonds allow officers to determine a bond at the scene of the crime under certain circumstances, such as drunken driving.
Wendling said bond procedures vary by county.
In St. Clair County, officials rarely set interim bonds, Wendling said. People arrested for crimes in St. Clair County are generally held in jail until they are arraigned.
Police said no one had complained about conditions on the farm until the anonymous tip that led to Monday's seizure.
Sanilac County Animal Control was called to the area, where distances are measured by miles rather than city blocks, for a loose horse complaint in September.
Animal Control Director Jim Matson said he responded to the complaint but the owner already had caught the horse when he arrived.
Matson saw the animal in the driveway of the East Marlette Road farm and noticed it was a little thin. But the horse was not nearly as malnourished as when it was rescued Monday.
"I told (the owner) that going into the winter older horses need a lot more food to make it through the winter," Matson said.
The horse, which volunteers call Echo, has been placed at a nearby farm. Volunteers estimate it is about 20 years old and about 200 pounds underweight.
Matson said he responds to between 100 and 150 calls each year but few are for cases of severe neglect.
"I've been doing this for 17 years. It's the worst ... by far," he said.
Stephanie Baron of the Michigan Humane Society said Monday's seizure was large, but she did not know how it compared to other cases in the state.
The Michigan Humane Society only investigates cases in Detroit, Hamtramck and Highland Park. Baron said there is no statewide agency that keeps statistics about animal cruelty.
Criminal charges
Police said it could be at least a week before prosecutors determine what criminal charges the Buel Township man and the woman living at the residence will face. Arraignment dates have not been set.
Criminal charges for animal abuse in Michigan range from a misdemeanor punishable by up to 93 days in jail for a first offense to a felony punishable by up to four years in prison.
Sanilac sheriff Lt. Jim Wagester said Sanilac County Prosecutor James V. Young will determine if the county will pursue misdemeanor or felony charges against the pair. Young could not be reached Tuesday for comment.
Although it could be considered the man's first offense, prosecutors could make the case that the animals were abused and neglected multiple times, said Randall Lockwood, a psychologist and a senior vice president with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Washington, D.C.
"This is one of the frustrating things about many cruelty laws," Lockwood said. "The animals suffer more than if they were brutally killed or maimed in an act of torture. Their suffering is very long term. Philosophically, we could argue that starvation could constitute torture."
His name is Fred Jacklett. He is a graduate of Carsonville- Port Sanilac High School. This prick has killed over a hundred animals and starved many more. If you see him on the street, few free to do what you will. No one will care if he gets his shit ruined. He lives at 3450 E. Marlette Road.
