The words '...under God' were added much later in 1954 after a request made to Congress by the Knights of Columbus to make it both a patriotic oath and a public prayer.

A few things about me...
I'm the mom of two amazing boys. One is in college and one is a Sophomore in high school. Just a few more years and it'll just be me and the hubby. He already has plans made for our "naked room"...LOL!
I love Halloween. I make tombstones and monsters to set up in the yard through the month of October.
I think industrial hemp should be legalized- as far as I'm concerned-it's the true Savior of this planet! With hemp we can become a completely self-sustaining Country and not have to depend on foreign supplies. I really don't think we have the right to consider ourselves a "Super Power" when we can't even rely on our own resources for our survival. And before you start thinking "oh she's just a hippie stoner" get the facts and learn what industrial hemp even is. Here's a website to get you started Vote Hemp
I'm interested in things like cryptozoology, alien abductions and mutilations, ghosts, haunted places... basically, if it's weird and unusual chances are I'll be interested in it...lol!

I hear ya about germ filled holidays... my kids get it, than me! and you know a house full of boys can't function when the Queen of the house is sick ;)
hmmm it appears to be a figure, with a lightness around the head area..I see something, yes.. In that room the story was a man had lived in solely that room for his last years and was bed ridden and died in the room. There is also an organ in the room that supposedly will play phantom tunes.. we did not hear it then but I am still reviewing DVR's and we did, well I did alot of provoking in that room. Found an odd sound /voice or 2 so far listening, just have to learn how to upload them after all reviewed...
Story was at one time the previous owner before Lori Carlson had a fun house for the local kids at halloween on that floor..those are leftovers..nice effect tho and ravens at that ;)
lol.. well there is no electricity or light in the place but for a couple rooms on the 1st fllor (gift shop, lil resting area, smoking room...) and I forgot to say "Flash" when I snapped it.. hehe my bad.. but its a good one.. some pics have so many orbs..the xmas room, you'll see the tree there are about 20 orbs over the bed area..check it out!
