I have many interests that come and go in cycles. Some of them at one time or another have been - biking, fishing, hiking, parenting, reading, RCIA - Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, walking (for exercise, not to get from place to place), breeding dogs - Jack Russell Terriers, specifically, concerts, theatre, and traveling.
This week I am especially interested in:

Music
Music is something I have loved my entire life and my tastes run the gamut. I am a child of the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and now the 2000's. I'll just mention a few of my current favorites but you all get the picture. Jeremy Lister, Will Hoge, Sister Hazel, Marc Broussard, Howie Day, Josh Stone, Autovaughn, Jeff Buckley, The Fray, The Clarks, Patty Smythe, The Boss, Extreme, Harry Connick, Jr., Edwin McCain, Linkin Park, Cowboy Mouth, Drivin 'n Cryin, Better Than Ezra,Sons of William, Stone Sour, Stroke 9, Audio Slave, Pat McGee Band, Sound Garden, Cheap Trick, The Allman Brothers, The Beatles and I could go on and on..but these are just a few.

I hate it but I'm just not a big movie watcher....there are probably many I would love to see but just haven't gotten around to it.....
Television
I have to say Law and Order - any Law and Order is my favorite. ER is getting good again, Grey's Anatomy has really caught my attention lately. As well as another new show ~ Brothers And Sisters. Will and Grace, Scrubs, House and Monk are a few funny shows I will try to catch.
I don't understand why the disappearance of this young woman is not getting more national press! Please check this site out!!!!

Books
The last book I started but didn't finish was Wicked. Got busy and never got back to it. I am a big fan of Dean Koontz, John Grisham, Andrew Greely, Joseph Bosco. I like self help books and poetry. And I love Cook Books.
..
doing pretty good. I was thinking of ya'll a couple of weeks ago. I heard a band out of Jackson and it brought me some fond memories. I'm doing pretty good. I quit teaching and now i work at a McDonald's. You'd be amazed at how slight the difference in pay is.. it really is a pity, but I'm luvin it. :) Oddly enough, I have been listening to bands like Depeche Mode and Erasure lately. My friend is trying to turn me on to them and I am turning him on to .. for a lack of a better term.. Rock Boat music. First song he loves is Red Meets Blue by Matt Wertz.
Just back from Chicago for a niece's wedding and haven't been on here in quite a while...but, just wanted to send my well wishes and belated birthday wishes...cause: it's better late than never! Mine was on the 14th!! Go Leos!
So sorry to hear about Keisha. Never got a chance to go to wake or service. So much going on here ALL THE TIME.
Jen's boyfriend, Marc, is settling in for the summer ... strange but fun having a Scotsman around all the time. Becoming a big fan of futball (we can't call it soccer at our house) and even rooted for Manchester United in the big British Tournament held in Moscow this week. Weird...
I redecorated before Elisabeth & I leave for our cruise to Mexico next week. I'll never be ready on time.
Please call my cell phone and check on T.J. and Caroline - I'm leaving it with them since I'm afraid that everyone will forget about them.
HAHA.....friend, I will certainly defer to Annalise's birthday if necessary! I would be beside myself though, if I could spend some time with you. If it doesn't work out, we will have to do the Birmingham trip in the next couple of months....hope it works out, though. SK6ers are amazing!
