Avi Granite, a one time “pots and pans” genius turned improvising restructuralist composer, guitarist and producer works out of “the bunker” located in the east end of Toronto. Highly influenced by all things aural, the giant blender housed by said bunker offers a splendor of sonic output ranging from neo-jazz via the Avi Granite:6 (who will be releasing a new CD on Pet Mantis Records in September 2007) to faux beat and sample based mayhem through Vitamin P (debut CD coming 2008). Also involved in 8-bit explorations with Viewfinder (debut CD fall 2007) and the electronica influenced trio Nautilus (2nd CD in the works) Granite still finds time to carve out new works for a range of projects from independent film scores to a book of new music for an unnamed and so far unperformed 11 piece ensemble crafted during and inspired by a recent ascent to the mountains of Banff.
Check it out! I wrote a free book on music production! It's for total beginners, but if you aren't new to music production, maybe you'll still learn something... at least you can send it to your friends who always want to ask you a billion questions about music production! It's totally free too; my goal with this is to accumulate as many BFF's as possible.
We value every new jazz "friend" we find. So, we appreciate your add very much.
If you are interested in having serious jazz people visit your MySpace page and hear your music .... this may help.
We have a jazz blog with over 250 playlists on it. Each day hundreds of jazz fans come to this blog to listen to music. These are the people you want to see your site.
We offer a limited number of listings on the blog to let the jazz fans know about some interesting jazz artists on MySpace (that would be you). A 6 month listing is only $24 (thats just $1 a week).

hey man, see you in a few days. Ya know technically I'm 12 hours in the future.....I would tell you the winning lottery numbers but that would be unfair to everyone else.
