After almost eight years of making music together, Milwaukee's Avoided is back from the brink of death and ready to kick in the teeth of anyone that tries to hold them back. Known for the most raucaus and energetic shows in the midwest, the band is relentless with their own blend of furious, hardcore punk rock. In acts so debaucherous, the band leaves fans running for their lives and gasping on the floor while singer, Reed, jerks off his bruised and pimple-laden cock over the bodies of the fallen. Blood spews from the open wounds of those who get too near Justin or Ben's guitar fury. In some instances, Bryan's bass parts have even been known to inflict cases of spontaneous diarrhea, vomitus, and ejaculation. In one isolated incident, Avoided even appalled onlookers as they attempted to murder a "miracle" on stage as she stood transfixed by their larger-than-life menace. New drummer, DB, only means one thing... don't let these monsters near your house or they might die in your bathroom!

I was just thinking about this time Reed and I were walking from Ryans in Shorewood. We were by Jimmy Johns and all that shit and every four steps someone would run out and yell "Reed". It was a celebrity thing. We eventually got to Locust and a gay guy looked at me and goes "Man I would love to rail that" Funniest shit.
One day, a mom and her young daughter were walking thru the park on the way to the zoo. During their walk, the young girl looks over and sees a teenage couple having sex in the bushes. The little girl points and asks..."Mommy, mommy, what are they doing?" The mom thinks that the girl is too young to have this conversation with, so she lies and says, "They are baking a cake dear." The little girl seems to accept this as an answer. They continue thru the park and get to the zoo. They look at all the animals and when they get to the monkey cage, sure enough, the monkeys are fucking. The little girl looks at her mom and says, "Mommy, mommy, are they baking a cake too?" The mom is all pleased with herself because she got to sidestep that whole conversation. "Yes, dear, they are." After the zoo, they go home and mom, dad, and daughter have dinner and watch TV on the couch. The little girl goes to bed and mom and dad are feeling frisky, so they have sex right there on the couch. The next morning, mom gets up and the little girl is sitting on the floor next to the couch. "Mommy, mommy, when I went to bed last night, did you and daddy make a cake?" The mom thinks to herself, "Oh my god, was I too loud or what." So she tells the little girl, "Yes dear, we did. Why do you ask. " The little girl says, "Because, when I woke up this morning, I licked the frosting off the cushins"
