Avoid Serious Injury is a hardcore band straight out of Los Angeles. We really got some shit going in late 2005. We have grown and matured through time, and have been stomping on heads since then. We have been through a lot of tough times and line-up changes, but we haven't let that hold us back. Instead, we have persevered through both good and bad to continue to write brutal heartfelt music for others to relate to. ASI IS NOT AN XXX BAND NOR DO WE TRY TO PORTRAY THE IMAGE. WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT BELIEFS. WE ARE A FAMILY THAT BELIEVES IN EVERY MAN BEING ENTITLED TO HIS OWN OPINION. ASI is a working band, and has self-released a 7-song EP titled "Go Down Fighting", and an 11-song full length record titled "Strike With Vengeance". We bring a brutal mix of east and west coast hardcore as well as good pit songs and sing-a-longs for the new schoolers and old schoolers. Climbing the ladder in the hardcore scene, we concern ourselves with the following: to bring you out to shows, get you in the pit, have fun, and to keep it real. We aren't rock stars nor do we want to be. We just wanna play shows and keep the scene going for all the hardcore kids. ASI is here to stay. See you in the pit.
