A.V.O is a Brazilian Metalcore Band, which started out, as usual, from some friends that liked the same kind of songs, had similar ideas and wanted to show it to the world. After a couple of member changes, the band finally recorded its final EP, which is called "The Rebirth of the Cold Truth", which is a mention of its first EP "Sandheden", that means The Truth. A.V.O é uma banda de Metalcore Brasileira, que começou como o usual. Alguns amigos que gostavam do mesmo tipo de musica, tinham idéias parecidas e decidira mostrar isso para o mundo. Após algumas mudanças de membros, a banda finalmente gravou e está lançando seu último EP "The Rebirth Of The Cold Truth", que faz menção EP anterior chamado "Sandheden" que significa "A Verdade".
