i'm trying to consolidate my life a little bit, and so i'm moving my scribbles to a new home:
come on over....hope to see you there!
People who are passionate about making a difference. People who are bruised, broken, dirty, dying, angry, hurt, tormented, and in need of water--not just a drop on their tongues, but the rolling, crushing, justice-bringing water of life that changes the face of stone walls.

Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth, and deep darkness the peoples; But the LORD will rise upon you, and HIS GLORY will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Is 60:1-3
As I was just about to post this, I was reminded of the song, This lttle light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine. I think we should change one word in it. Instead of "little" light, it should be "big" Light. We have the Light of the World living within us. As we allow Him to live through us, millions of huge spotlights are going to help those who are in darkness find the Way, the Truth and the Life, JESUS. And I'm praying this Light will be so bright that it will blind the enemies and send them into confusion.
Be blessed, Kelly

Let me set the ball rolling; want to know the good deed I did today? I bought a t-shirt and all the profits go toward the Free Burma UK campaign. Raising awareness of the plight of the people of Burma is a subject close to my heart so it was great to be involved.

And thanks to you for supporting my music, you are very kind. You sound like a really interesting person from what I’ve read on your profile so far; we should talk some more some day ;)

Is needy
It has to feedy
On the word
Which is our meaty
But the weedys are greedy
They try to choke the seedy
So embrace the Word
From your head
To your feety
When you overcome
You won't feel the heaty
But walk on the golden streety
His word is our food
Yes indeedy!

And still You loved me
I have stood on the highest mountain
Where Your peace surrounded me
I have sinned such deep sin
And still You forgave me
I have cried a river of tears
And still You comforted me
I have laughed, until I couldn't laugh anymore
And You laughed with me
Your joy has filled me
Your peace has comforted me
Your loving kindness has surrounded me
Your mercy has been extended to me
Your grace has saved me
Your blood has washed me
When I was lost, You found me
When I fell through the cracks in the road, You picked me up
When I went down the wrong road, You followed me
You brought me back to the place I needed to be
No one else could forgive me, love me, be patient with me
And correct me the way You have
I have experienced life instead of death
Joy instead of sorrow
Laughter instead of tears
To You Lord, all honor, glory and praise is given
And still, I love You

The Lion Roars
Spoken; The earth shakes
As the Lion roars
Out of Zion
We hear the sound
Of Jesus roaring
Calling to the nations
Come unto me
I will lead you through the jungle
You do not have to fear
For I am King of the jungle
I am King of the nations
I am King over all the earth
Chorus:
Listen to the sounds
Listen to the sounds
Listen to the sounds of the jungle x2
As the King declares his dominion
Listen as he cries out for his people
Listen as he roars a song of love
To the nations
Do you feel the earth shake
Do you see him standing on the mountain
Do you feel his heart
As it breaks
For the nations
With one breath he shakes the heavens
With one touch he causes healing
With one word he brings deliverance
Listen to the sounds He's revealing
Verse 2:
Yes I hear him roar
I feel the earth shake
I see him standing on the mountain
I can feel his heart as it breaks
For the nations
We proclaim that you are King
We guard Your territory
We overcome as we sing
See him standing in His glory
Repeat chorus

I Wonder
I wonder what would happen
If all of our tears were placed
Into a common vessel
Would it become a broken vase?
Broken from anger, fear and desperation
Or could the tears be mixed together
To bring unity to our nation
I wonder what would happen
If our differences were placed
Into a common vessel
And could be erased
Gone would be all bitterness and strife
Instead unity, love and forgiveness
Could be built in every life
America, don't let them break us
Although our hearts are broken into
As our hearts are like a broken vase
Let our mingled tears be the glue
This was written in response to the 9-11 attack on Sept. 15, 2001. A friend of mine had lost someone in the strike against our nation. There are not any words that can really help. This was only an attempt to alleviate the pain that he and thousands suffered on that day. May God continue to bless and protect us. I give all glory to God. When I write, I sit down and ask Him for ideas /words. This is what He put on my heart that day. As we are remembering those who gave their lives this Memorial Day, I send this to help us never forget what happened. God bless you, America, and every nation, Kelly
