    One of my favorite trainers said this and I really found it to be true.
    "Love and accept yourself. People that have the hardest time getting along with others are the people that have the hardest time getting along with themselves."
    That was John Maxwell and it's so true so Love and Accept Yourself. It can make all the difference.
