Hi, my name is Daimon and I'm a photographer. I am a semi-professional, it's not my day job but I have been paid for my work in the past. I'm almost completely self taught. In high school I was taught black and white film developing as part of a course to join the yearbook staff. I started playing around with the school's old film SLR cameras and shooting and developing my own black and white film. That small introduction sparked my interest which has grown ever since.

I enjoy hiking to waterfalls in the Poconos and the Endless Mountain region of Pennsylvania. There are over 150 waterfalls in Pennsylvania and I have been about half of them.
I enjoy urban exploring. I find dead, historic and forgotten buildings with neat architecture strangely attractive.
I'm very interested in Anthracite mining history in Pennsylvania, the once great steel industry of the Bethlehem Steel Corporation and the preservation of historic locations.

Hmmmm, let me meet some strange guy I've never met in some abandoned random location far from home where no one can hear my screams.... tempting. hahaha! Gotta admit sounds a little creepy! HA! I've seen Devil's Rejects too many times... But I do plan on going back to the hurst soon with my friend, I'll let you know when.
