About me: I've been crafting for as long as I can remember. It started with crochet (a basic chain stitch at the tender age of 4) and quickly progressed to knitting, needlepoint, embroidery and latch hook. Once I married, I taught myself counted cross stitch and how to sew.
My NEED to learn to make soap came from the suffrage of years of eczema and my doctor's inability to help me control it. At the time I learned of the joys of hand made soap, there weren't all of the resources available for learning that there are today so soap making went to the back burner while I became obsessed with candles.
That was 8 years ago, and while I still immensely enjoy making candles, there's nothing like the joy I get when I unmold a loaf of fresh soap.
So...that's where I am today. The owner of a small but currently thriving soap and candle business in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee.
Who I'd like to meet: Anyone who loves scented candles and soap, and would like to earn extra money by becoming a rep! Shop owners interested in wholesale smelly stuff, regular folks interested in smelly stuff, independent business owners, women in business...just about everyone!
