About me:
For me, I want the restaurant to be a place for spending time to
eat, talk, and to have a solitary time in a space for hiding and relaxing.
If there is good music to soothe and act as a lullaby that is much better!
Then we are concerned about our foods to serve. We Japanese are proud of
quality food. I think that the quality is elements of freshness,
persistence, presentation in all services, and restaurant work . We try to
make an effort to approach the criteria above with good servers.
