TedyBoy ak Blan Lokal deja komanse travay sou album "Ayiti Diasporap 4 Life vol. 2" e yo travay sou anpil lòt album tou (Boukman Eksperyans, Zing Experience, T-Man, Siameeze, Negus World Order, One Blood, The RapsinerZ, C.B.G, etc.)
Ayiti Diasporap was born in the mind of TedyBoy, Ayiti Diasporap's producer and son of the two founders of Boukman Esperyans, Lòlò and Manzè, and in the mind of Blan Lokal, Ayiti Diasporap's manager, in 2007. But the project only took its shape recently when TedyBoy and Blan Lokal met in Geneva in 2007. They began to work on the album "Ayiti Diasporap 4 Life vol. 1" the first day they met.
This album aims is to give rap music a new recognition in Haïti and to spread this culture in the country by opening a recording studio in Port-au-Prince. In this way artists would be able to express themselves by blending music from their country with rap, without leaving its original context.
This album is dedicated to Haitians, Caribbean people and to all rap music enthusiasts as a lot of artists, although originally from Haiti, rap in Creole, English, French and Spanish. It will allow the diffusion of values and memories which have often been misplaced in the mind of its people. This will show Haitians around the world that great talent can be found in Haiti although they never until now got recognition from their work.
TedyBoy and Blan Lokal already began to work on "Ayiti Diasporap 4 Life vol. 2" and on a lot of other albums (Boukman Ekpseryans, Zing Experience, T-Man, Siameeze, Negus World Order, Khameleyon Man & Fayaman, One Blood, The RapsinerZ, C.B.G., etc.)
Man, Siameeze, Negus World Order, Khameleyon Man & Fayaman, One Blood, The RapsinerZ, C.B.G., etc.)
Ayiti Diasporap, se RAPSIN nou ye.
Rapsin se yon style mizikal TedyBoy te kreye avek papa'l, Theodore Beaubrun (Lòlò, manb fondatè Boukman Eksperyans) kote ke yo melanje mizik rap avek mizik rasin nan, beats Hiphop yo avek 3 tanbou vodou yo. Tout kote kote moun pale kreyol yap jwe kreyol Hiphop, men se sèl ayisyen yo ki ka jwe RAPSIN.
RAPSIN se hiphop lakay nou!
Ayiti Diasporap, we are RAPSIN.
Rapsin is a musical style created by TedyBoy and his father Theodore Beaubrun (Lòlò, founder and leader of Boukman Ekepseryans). It's the mix between rap music and rasin (roots) music, between hiphop beats and the 3 haitian vodoo drums. There is kreyol Hiphop in every kreyol countries, but only haitians can play RAPSIN.
RASPIN is our roots Hiphop!
