Sukhdev and Akahdahmah met in the late 90’s and have been together on a medicine journey with music as the foundation of their cosmic connection ever since. Akah plays an array of percussion including the beautiful UDU which lays a tapestry for the soothing chants and acoustic guitar by Sukhdev (Pauline Drossart). Aykanna(or spelled Aicanna by some scholars) is from the Ameraic language literally meaning "just as". Additionally, as is typical of ancient language, there is a metaphysical meaning which gives a deep significance to prayers. 'The Lords Prayer',
one of the famous prayers in the western world. This prayer contains 8 lines or attunements or affirmations to align one with spiritual forces of the Source of Life, with the Great Parent of Creation. These attunments when recited vibrated light and sound encouraging the inner and outer existence to vibrate in alignment with The Source of our Being. The effect of this meditation opened our awareness of our union with our Loving, Providing, Source of our Breath.
