| | Music | Shakira is pretty good I guess...and Jack Johnson...I hear them a lot when I ride in my mommy's car. Jack makes me mellow which she seems to like. | | Movies | I mostly like the screen saver when the DVD player is inactive. You know with the little logo that kinda bouncs around the screen. I could watch that for hours. As for actual movies, I still haven't really watched any movies so far. I usually can't sit still long enough. I did try to watch Must Love Dogs the other day with my parents but I kept missing "Mother Theresa." | | Television | I watched a few seconds of some things on TV once but I started chasing my tail instead and forgot all about the show. | | Books | I can't read but my parents seem to like to. And so far I haven't eaten any books I would recommend. Hi, I'm Ayla, a black Newfoundland girl born February 23 2006. I like to chew on anything and everything in sight, I have super hyper-active moments very early in the morning and right after I eat and I love peanut butter and cheese (although I haven't actually tried those two in combination.
I moved into my new home April 22, 2006, and it just continues to get better. They give me lots of cool toys to play with, many of which squeak, and I love to play with them. I find it especially fun to run around the house at top speed with one of them in my mouth & squeaking away on it like a mad dog. My favorite squeaky toys at the moment are a plush duck (Duckie) which has a quacker in his stomach. That's a really fun toy. I also like my cow which moos when you step on his belly.
The humans here treat me well and give me lots of treats, especially when I do things they ask. I like to sleep a lot during the day although I have a lot more hyper time now than I did as a puppy. I've had a little interaction with the cats that live here, too, but they only want to hiss at me or ignore me. Maybe some day they'll let me play with them like I used to do with my brothers and sisters.
