Ayleron has arrived! The project, started by Steven Joubert from 3rd Place Victory, is on a roll and is not slowing down for any speed bumps. Ayleron is new to Lafayette, Louisiana and is happily making a name for itself already. The four-piece band consists of Steven Joubert (guitar, piano, vocals), Tim Randolph (guitar, vocals), Dustin Arceneaux (bass), and Dustin LaFleur (drums, vocals). With that said, Ayleron is trying to bring something new to the table: a band that can establish a bond with its audience. A band that can truly bring the entire audience into their lives and form a relationship with them. They are trying to establish a way for the band to not seem to be distant figures that are too cool to talk to. "We want to be very approachable," says Steven Joubert. "When we are on and off stage we would like to be seen as the same people. We want to give something to the audience that is very genuine. We want the audience to not just be there to watch, but to interact. We want the term 'friends' and 'audience' to be one in the same." It is this unity that Ayleron hopes to share with everyone.
