A little background:
She and I are very close together. We have bonded well over the years. We eat, we sleep, we play, we work, and we even volunteer together. She tagged along with me when I was volunteering with San Diego Oceans Foundation for a couple of years and she was always a welcomed visitor at the local hospice because of her ability to bring smiles and cheer. Our favorite things to do together are fishing, playing, napping, hiking, kayaking, traveling, cooking, eating, reading, writing, and learning.
