not that I have much time for these things nowadays but when I do..I enjoy Reading, gardening, doing anything "crafty" (not in the "Beasty Boys" sense =P) traveling, and spending time with good friends.
About me: I am a native Californian living abroad in Firenze, Italia. Just trying to carve out my little piece of the "Dolce Vita" in this place called Italy. I find myself constantly dumfounded by both the extraordinary beauty of tuscany and the frusteration often spawned from cross cultural miscommunication. If you think going to the DMV in the States is bad... just try it here! One quickly learns that "patience" is truly a virtue. If you can get a handle on your "patience", it seems a small price to pay for the ability to walk daily on the same cobblestone paved streets as Michaelangelo, Brunelleschi, Giotto, Galileo, Dante, Machiavelli the Medici and more once did. Ah, Bella Italia!
Who I'd like to meet: in no particular order...Rosa Parks, Karl Marx, Jesus, Nikos Katzanzakis, my great great grandparents, Billie Holiday, President Truman, Neil Armstong and Linda Goodman
