Priča počinje negdje početkom 2005-e. Troje prijatelja, Frane, Hrvoje i Ivo, su odlučili osnovati bend i pridružuju im se još neki članovi. U početku je sve bilo super, entuzijazma je bilo na sve strane ali pojavile su se nesuglasice i bend se razišao. Hrvoje je otišao, a Frane i Ivo su nastavili svirat zajedno. Pravi početak Azazela je peti mjesec 2007, kada su spomenuta trojica opet pronašla svoje prijateljstvo i želju da sviraju zajedno. Ovaj put su sa njima bili vokal Deny i basist Renato. Nakon nešto probi odsvirali smo naš prvi koncert u kafiću „Picasso“. Došlo je ljeto i sa njim promjena u bendu: Dario je zamijenio Renata. Na kraju 2007-e otišli smo u Begin studio i snimili smo naš prvi demo. Poslije toga smo imali svirku u klubu „Kocka. U 3. mjesecu smo opet ušli u studio i snimili drugi demo. Nakon toga smo radili i imali nekoliko svirki. I onda opet promjena, Nino zamjenjuje Denya. Nadamo se da je ovo konačna postava. Stvari su stabilne i u bendu vlada prijateljska atmosfera. Idemo dalje sa koncertima i promocijom. Za koji mjesec opet u studio i tako !Eto to je to, vidjet ćemo kako će se priča dalje odvijat…

Story begins at the start of 2005. Three friends, Frane, Hrvoje and Ivo, decided to form a band and they were joined by few other people as well. At first it was great, there was a lot of enthusiasm but differences in opinions and arguments started and that fell apart. Hrvoje left, Frane and Ivo continued to work together. The real beginning of Azazel is May 2007, when Hrvoje, Ivo and Frane rediscovered their friendship and decided to work together. This time they had singer Deny and bassist Renato with them. After few rehearsals we played our first gig in caffe bar “Picasso”, then summer came and we had our first change in the lineup: Dario replaced Renato on bass guitar. At the end of 2007 we went to studio, to record our first demo. After that we had gig in club “Kocka. In March we recorded our second demo. After that we continued to work and played few gigs. And then another lineup change: Nino became the new singer. We hope that that this is our final lineup. We certainly feel so, we are all great friends and the band is very stable. We are going on with gigs and promoting our material. Also we’ll go to studio again for few months. There, that’s it, we’ll see how the story will continue…
