Listening to a musician practicing, reading the words of a song, any music that fits my mood of the moment. My young friend Jason singing in the shower got me to wish for a night at the opera. Music exist to make people dance in and out... on and off
Movies
I must say my favorite so far is Angel A by Luc Besson, Paris in black and white....WOW! Claude Lelouch's films seem to tell my life. Out of Africa and Dead Poet Society from my youth. Meryl and Robin taught me to go to Africa by way of poetry. Also any good comedy that sends me laughing to tears.
Television
