principles are the driving force behind AZOOMA, the
Arizona Opera Orchestra Musicians Association.
To reach out to the community and a younger audience we have created this MySpace account.
Formed in the year 2000 to support its members, AZOOMA is
a diverse organization of highly-trained music professionals from the
Arizona Opera Orchestra.Our members
reside mainly in one of three major cities in Arizona: Flagstaff,
Phoenix or Tucson.
We are proud members of the American Federation of Musicians (a branch of the
AFL-CIO) and have earned bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees from
some of the world’s finest conservatories and universities.
