We use a "the better you play the better it pays" format. We don't use a handicap system. We do use a "call pocket only" format of play to allow the new players to the game a good opportunity to learn it and still be competitive. Every team will win cash based on their respective point totals at the end of the session therefore encouraging you to shoot your best game and improve your shot.
