Jesus is the love of my life, while music is a root that runs deep in my soul. I cannot strengthen that root without a dedication to prayer and seeking the Holy Spirit to breathe the notes and lyrics He wishes to convey.
I pray for joy, humility, peace, solace, brokenness, sincerity, and the Spirit to pour from every note that is played, and every lyric that is sung. I know that without Him, I can do nothing but act like a foolish human being.
