Baazar is the musical project of a multi-instrumentalist from Boston, MA/Herndon, VA. (He is currently in attendance at the Berklee School of Music in Boston, and resides in Herndon, VA.)
In 2005, he won the Most Creative Composer Award at the Fairfax (Virginia) Academy's Music and Computer Technology Program, for his original (mostly orchestral) recordings. In 2004, he won a scholarship to attend the National Guitar Workshop, where he performed an original song with a band formed that day, and received two standing ovations.

Recognition for his music has resulted in profiles on Fox News, in the Washington Post, Guitar World Magazine (twice), and numerous local news papers. His song 'Amplifire" was included on the CD insert in the August 2006 issue of Guitar World Magazine.
A correspondent for Modern Guitars Magazine (www.modernguitars.com), he recently completed interviews with guitarists Stevie Salas and Eric Mantel, and also contributes a monthly column, called 'Berklee X'.
