Babies In Limbo is a Progressive Art-Rock band from Providence, Rhode Island. Utilizing complex and often 'left of center' song composition the music thrives on subtlety and delicately moving sonic textures. Songs are patient and rewarding, relying on the listener to open their mind and be willing to be taken to a place they might not be all too familiar with. Songs take on long structures with multiple themes, some reoccurring while others not. Crescendos that culminate to apocalyptic noise and passages of looming suspense are no stranger here. Neither are the beautifully epic but gentle passages of droning notes and carefully executed harmonies, with strict attention always paid to melody. The music of Babies In Limbo is a harmonic balance between intellectual stimulation and brilliantly dignified lunacy.

there is going to be a christmas party/show at the august spy/california smile practice spaces friday dec 26th. find the bissell street entrance to the hathaway complex off of elmwood avenue in cranston, RI. go straight through the fence entrance and to the double doors and follow the wooden teeth signs. Absolutely no smoking in the building. music will start at about 10 p.m. hopefully the amazing a-god will bless us with his presence and a performance. this will be an x-mas themed partaaaayy, so bring alcohol and drugs and hos and candy. also, wear the ugliest christmas sweater you can find and/or santa hat and/or anything x-mas related. prize goes to the ugliest sweater worn!!!!
