I love martial arts and have a blackbelt in "Tang Soo Do". I am a Self Defense Instructor and a OC Instructor for law enforcement personnel.

I love the Steelers! Will they be the first 6 time Super Bowl Champs? We'll see tomorrow!

Motorcycle riding is one of my favorite things to do with my friends. Here's my Rhhiiide!

Jim, I'm really going to miss seeing you with the band, and I wish you the best of luck.
